New & Transferring Patients
Welcome to our practice! We wish to thank you for choosing Decerina Uy Pediatrics and look forward to providing your child with the best medical care.
As we follow the guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and CDC, we encourage to give vaccinations as scheduled and therefore do not accept new/transferring patients who refuse to vaccinate.
In order to expedite your first visit, please follow these simple steps:
First, please make sure that our practice accepts your Insurance Plan.
If you need to select a primary care physician, as with most HMO plans, please contact your insurance company prior to your visit. Make certain that Dr. Decerina Uy is listed as your child’s primary care physician.
